This building was so NOT LUXURY. The bad management, the poor finish, the renovation noise, the no airconditioning till June 15th rule - I have no idea why they called it luxury. Barclay was a plain RIP-OFF for what it had to offer. That roof-top pool was amazingly small and the fitness room had about 4 machines!!!! Thanx to the managent's desparation to find tenants- the latest addition to this 'extreme luxury' were noisy students as my neighbours.
