i have lived here for 4 months and it has been perfect. sometimes i hear people walking in the halls but that is it! the balconys are great, we have a phenominal view of boston! the gym is small but all i need. apartment size could be a bit bigger (im in the smallest size) but again, i don't need anything larger. the view makes up for it:) and the community is GREAT! lots of nice people, animals (!) - so many places won't allow them, and it is SO safe. prices are steep but comparable to all of brookline. all in all a great place to live if you want a safe, nice, place to live
