The Barclay house is a pet friendly building. If you live here you do hear dogs barking occasionally but this is to be expected. The management could not be any friendlier. Any time I have had to call to have a repair made or address any other issue it has been handled quickly and efficiently. When you walk in to the lobby of this building you can see immediately that it is well cared for. Cleanliness is maintained throughout the building including the laundry and fitness center. Yes the price is high but in this area that is to be expected. Most residents in the building are also friendly and helpful. I give the Barclay house and the staff an A .

This review was written by a member of the staff. Some notes: Dog barking could be occasional. But if it's nonstop, you'll just have to deal with it. The management is friendly to talk to, but they're all talk and no action. Yes, the lobby is well cared for, as is the lobby/front of any other apartment community. That sells apartments. Most residents are friendly. Some are angry couples that have arguments every night and scream at the top of their lungs. I guess if you're amused by that type of thing, it's a plus.
