The location is just perfect! I have lived at Barclay for 6 years and have found it to be just wonderful. My favorite thing about Barclay is the scenic view that I have and the ever changing light and colors of the skyline view! I haven't had any problems with the maintenance staff nor the management staff but I will say that management does change quite frequently. However, I have found everyone to be quite pleasant and accomodating. My neighbors are professionals and some are retired and we have quite a group of us that have lived here more than a few years and get together for occasional trips about the city. The tenants seem to be getting younger but I find it enjoyable to be around them. I like seeing the little dogs that live amongst us especially when someone brings in a new puppy.

The buidling has had quite a few renovations over the last few years and it seems to be getting better with age. All in all, I couldn't be happier. This is one of the best places to live in Brookline!
