I have been living here for three years. I found the maintenance staff helpful and quick to respond. I read the other reviews and have not had the problems they speak of. the management people are nice. it's an older building so it has some drawbacks: laundry in the basement,lobby is older,elevators are smaller. on the plus side I like the 24 hour front desk coverage and pet friendly is great! the T is right out front. very secure feeling here.
