Not bad but can't say good enough...

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I'm living The Brook House for 3years.
I could say where is convinient but pricey for their building qualities.
Current they renewaled various amenities and I guess this is good works but if ppl ask me do you want to buy this property,No wounder I can say,"Unfortunately No"
I checked price range of pent house is arround $700,000 to $1.5mil or so
and If I pay this price,I'd prefer to pay Trump Tower NY or so....
