I also have been living there for an extended period - 7 years in the "C" building. No idea how where these cockroaches came from, but certainly NOT true in my area, nor have I heard of this. IMHO, well-constructed, recently redecorated common areas and hallways, upgraded elevators, and now undergoing renovated A/C & heating.

I have to disagree - have been living there for 6 years now and love it, found it very solidly constructed (concrete structure) and only hear noise from other apartments if they're playing loud music, yelling loudly or moving furniture. They come regularly to spray for bugs, and I've just had some fruit flies now and then, no big deal. If you and your neighbors keep the units clean there shouldn't have a problem either!
