Getting better under new General Manager

First as a renter, now as a unit owner, I've been really impressed how many of the Brook House's deficiencies have been addressed since the former Plant Facilities Manager has become General Manager including: Common Facilities (Lobbies & Hallways) redecorated, old cracked paving redone, old elevators replaced, markedly improved landscaping, great friendly staff, prompt attention to maintenance problems, unit HVAC units are being replaced. For public transportation convenience (T), it is unbeatable - 1 block to D and E lines. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
