I decided to write a reveiw since I relied on this site heavily for apartment hunting in another state. I currently live at Chatham Park apartments in a 1 bed. The apartment is HUGE with tons of closets, both hard to find in the city. The location is very safe and withing walking distance to so many shops, restuarants, places to work...it's great! The super isn't 100% responsive but a quick call to the management company and everything is taken care of. The parking is great out back and the laundry facilities are nice too. My husband and I LOVE our apartment and will be sad to leave it one day when we move out of the city. Only 2 negatives, 1 - it is pretty expensive, 2 - I wish they had guest parking!!! In Brookline there is no overnight parking on the street for the amount of money you pay to live and park at this apartment I think they should provide guest spots.
