I would like to address the moron who wrote the June 13 piece. First, please keep your use of profanity for the Hustler message board. You are not only ignorant, you?re stupid. Please learn how to spell before ranting in public. You must work for Chestnut Hill Realty because you are the exact type of person they attract. If you don?t work for them, please look into it because you would be quite an asset in their front office. Second, no one called my number to say the apartment was going to be shown. I would be happy to answer the phone if someone had the decency to call. Third, there is a little item called the "Massachusetts Tenant Laws" that state, "all landlords must provide at least 24 hours notice before entering an apartment." It doesn?t matter what Chestnut Hill Realty writes into the lease because in this state, we abide by the Mass Laws. Fourth, I do not need a permit to have a gun in my own home. If I choose to carry that weapon outside my dwelling, I need a concealed weapons permit. Did you sleep through government class the day the US Constitution was covered' I believe we were given the right to bear arms in that historic decree. If you don?t have anything intelligent to say, go play in traffic. Educated people use this forum to gain information and insight about potential apartments. I will conclude that Chestnut Hill Realty is a bunch of slum lords who treat unsuspecting tenants like crap. Unfortunately, they?re not the only ones in the city using this type of behavior. I hope you enjoy your career with Chestnut Hill Realty.

Chestnut Hill Realty knows and understands Massachusetts Law and abides by the laws that have been inacted. We are sorry you had a bad experience and I am not familar with the gun laws and how it pertains to rental property.
