Chestnut Hill Realty totally sucks. People are the worst morons. They make an inspection and pick on residents keeping bikes under the stairs, but they never fix the distorted never-be-able-to lock windows.They charge you $100 dollars more than the rent they are posting on their own web site. DON'T GO TO THEM!!

Keeping of bikes in common area spaces is against fire codes. It also looks bad to the others in the building.
