When I first moved into the apartment, it was nice. Very quiet. And after a few months, the neighbors moved in. I complained to the property management and they told me they sent letters. Two years later, I'm trying to move out, but I don't want to lose my deposit. The noise remains, at all times of day. This building is full of college students now. Parking is very expensive, over $100 a month.

Sorry you had a poor experience. We are generally sucessful in resolving noise issues. Because we do not have legal powers we sometimes have to rely on the police to document the problem so we have an impartial witness in the case of an evection. Our parking rates are below what the Town of Brookline charges.
