I was disturbed read the negitive reviews of 1223 Beacon Street. While I agree rents in the area have risen dramatically over the past several years, the location of this building and the Town of Brookline, make up for this cost. The building is not modern, but rather a turn of the century classic, that has been restored. My interaction with the staff has been very positive. The maintenance staff is constantly at the building and there is even an office on site.
