Living in this building was the worst mistake of my life. Chestnut Hill Realty are slumlords. According to the Brookline Police, they are not reputable, and are "a pain in the ass." This information came from an officer who visited my apartment because I had no heat this winter. My complaints to management were ignored and I was forced to complain to the Attorney General's Office.
Do not live at this property! If you're stupid enough to live here, remember I told you so!

Chestnut Hill Realty has a very good relationship with the Brookline Police. As with any building we do have mechanical problems and the heating plant was replaced in 2002.
