1. The Central Management is all with selfish ---- attitude.
2. Very noisy, when people talk or turn on TV in one room it is heard from at least 10 rooms.
3. Air conditioners don't work.
4. The wooden stairs are noisy, about to fall apart.
5. Beacon street traffic noise.
6. No peace of mind for your money.
7. If you are left with no other choice then come here to pay 1400 dollars.

Sorry about the bad experience. The building is a converted turn of the century hotel. One of the features are terracotta walls which much like concrete are very sound absorbing and fire proof. We understand things break therefor we always stock A/C's and other building components. We also have a 24 hour maintenance response policy. The one set of wooden stairs are carpeted and in great shape we also find that most use the elevator. Unfortunately when you are located directly on Beacon Street you may hear some traffic, most view the location as a positive.
