chestnut hill realty are a bunch of snakes. about 6 months into our lease our apartment overflowed with fecal matter. they didnt do anything for us at all. they had some phony company come clean everything, they did a terrible job as well. they ripped the carpets up and tried to just wash the floor with soap and water and leave. good thing i was there! they blamed it on the city but we talked to several neighbors who said they hadn't had the sewer pumped in years(you are supposed to do it once a year in a normal house) this problem was clearly there fault and they wouldnt admit nor do anything about it. they told us they would pay the electricity bill and our laundry and never did. finally they offered us a new apartment so we took it. however we ended up paying more than the old place and they would not match the price. They are managed by a guy named ----------------------------- years old and doesn't know the first thing about property management. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT rent through these guys....HELL!!
