One of my worst apt experiences in Boston

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I had the misfortune to live at their 100 Kilsyth Rd property for one hellish year.
During that time there were 3 different tenants who moved in and out of the apt above us. They were all horribly loud.
The last of the 3 tenants OWNED A DRUM KIT. That's right, a real set of drums. Chestnut Hill Realty did not have a problem with this, but anyone WITH A BRAIN who enjoys living peacefully in their apt would. Their response to complaints about noise was "That tenant is moving out soon." Yeah, in 6 months, when their lease is up!
The management company is run by lying scumbags.
Our apt had mice, and there are rats all over the grounds behind the building, and in the trash room right next to the back doors.
The laundry machines constantly broke down.
The building has a no pets policy, but many tenants had cats. Management didn't seem to care.
This building is filled with obnoxious, loud college kids. The walls are paper thin, you will hear everything that goes on in your neighbor's apts. I called the cops on my neighbors who were having a domestic dispute once. It's just too bad they didn't kill each other.
Management raises the rent every year -- some people are paying $1700 a month while others pay $1300, for apts on the same floor, with the same amenities (I compared the apts).
We had approximately 30 different realtors showing our apt once we decided to leave that hellhole. These realtors came in without knocking, calling, or doing anything to remotely follow Mass. Tenant Laws. I had to threaten a realtor with a knife once just so he would get the hell out of my apt (after he tried unsuccessfully to get in the front door and I had the chain on, he came to the kitchen door and walked right in the apt while I was sleeping). If you read the other reviews you will see other mentions of this same behavior happening over and over again.
STAY AWAY, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are the most disgusting slime of the earth.
I can't wait for "-------" to post some lame response here trying to counter my entire post.
