Quiet building w/ huge apts...

Very quiet building that is mainly owner occupied. Apts are huge and very well laid out. Mgt company (Copley Group) is totally unresponsive but they were just fired. Common areas are in need of some TLC. Some units are in "vintage" condition dating back to the late 60s early 70s other are sparkling new with the finest in finishes.

Building is not quiet at all. Have been woken up every morning by construction trucks and workers.
