Our main concern with this property is the awful sound proofing in the building. It's wooden floors in every unit and you can here neighbor's footfall all the time. Any even slightly loud TVs, radios, etc are all clearly audible too. It's not really an apartment building as such with independent units. It's more like a big house where you feel you're just upstairs from someone! Would not recommend this unit unless you're a student or party animal where noise might not be such an issue.
