TOO MANY WORKMEN EARLY & LATE

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
Lived here for a few years - lot of workmen and work going on in the units. If you like having workmen over your head hammering and painting, then live here......

Don't expect any notice from the landlord when there is work scheduled - you'll just start waking up to it!
