This management company is ------- shady. I first talked to Nicole who really didn't seem to know much about the apartment I was interested in. She also seemed rather pushy and lacked the proper customer service skills. During the times I talked to her, she NEGLECTED to mention that their $900/month studios on 122 Bowdoin St. has absolutely no kitchen. There is just one small fridge, but that's it. There's no stove, kitchen counter top, or kitchen sink. Nicole failed to ------- mention any of this all the times I talked to her, but she did repeatedly say that the studio was currently available to rent. BUT when I called back again and had more questions, a different person answered and told me that NO studios were available in the building. So I'm not really sure what was going on; there just seemed to be a lot of dishonesty and sleaziness going on. The last time I called, I talked to Meg who is probably the manager because she seemed very informed and appeared nice. I scheduled an appointment w/ her to see the studio. She ensured me that it was scheduled and that I just needed to buzz for the super who would be showing me the apt. BUT when I got to the place, the super said that there were NO appointments scheduled at all for the entire day. I told him that I had scheduled an appointment with Meg, but he said he wasn't aware of any appointments and was getting pissed off and started taking out his ---- on me. I tried to call the management company to clear up the confusion, but they were already closed. So thanks to ------- Meg, I didn't get to see the studio and wasted my ------- time. So in conclusion, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. The studio units may seem tempting to rent because they're so cheap, but you're better off spending a little more each month to get a kitchen and better management instead of incompetent Leeder Management Corp.
