Great location but horrible management

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Lived there for one year. Great quiet, convenient location. But prices are way too high and management is extremely poor. They figured out my rent was miscalculated one the day of my move out! They hadn't figured it out for one whole year!. Also, the management staff is very rude and not courteous. But the rest of the staff are very friendly.
