Old building but quite liveable. A location

This is an 80 year old building. English Tudor style. Three separate eight story towers connected by a common lobby. The kitchen has been renovated (is still very small with no counter space). The bathroom is small with some stained fixtures. The windows were quite drafty during the winter but are currently being replaced. The location can't be beat for anyone working in the Longwood Medical Area. Laundry room in service level gets expensive and inconvenient. Had to remind staff to have service orders taken care of. Concierge and Dry cleaning service were great.
