I have only lived here for about 6 months and I have to say of all the buildings I have lived in this is the worst managed, least responsive landlord I have ever ever encountered. And this was before the condo conversion started. Now it's just get up and get out. I have a funny feeling the inherent problems with this building and its management won't go away when it goes condo, so if you are planning to buy a condo in Brookline, my advice is to look elsewhere.
