Lived here for almost a year. Worst place I have ever lived. Condo conversion is horrible. There is so much BANGING and disruption you have leave the building to even make a phone call. Can't study or do anything quiet during the day. The noise is so loud!! Starts at 7am and goes till 7pm.

The "wonderfull" construction crews (LOUD MOUTHS) actually broke windows and caused there to be plaster everywhere!!

The window replacement/facade repair project has been going on forever. They offer you to move to another apartment in A tower but then they create an unlivable situation there and make you sign a new lease there that holds you like a criminal. BADD!!!

The windows leak and the existing problem is not solved by the replacement of windows. From all that we have spoken to (Architect, construction personel) The windows are again being replaced incorrectly. The water is still pouring into the refurbished apartments and causing damage there. Anyone who did not experience this during there stay here was very lucky. We moved between 2 apartments and had it in both.

The management keeps short hours and is very snobby. They do not want to print recipts or give any recognition of the renters.

The parking attendents (Except the vallet kid) are so nice and this is the only thing that we liked here. Most of them are hard working people, so nice and friendly. Only wish we had more $$ to give them tips more often! This is only perk of the whole place. However they may be nice, damage is done to cars (accidental) and when a claim is filed they make you try to prove they did it. How can you do that''' IMPOSIBLE!!
