We lived here last year. Great location. Construction is poorly managed & is cutting corners. Paint over MOLD does NOT fix the problem. Water damage will continue regardless of fancy finishes until probelm is resolved. Look for waterfall in the front lobby. Management has not done their homework and tries to pull a fast one past the Owners/ Residents. You do NOT have to allow people in your unit to do construction for the Manager's convenience. Garage attendents damaged our car in the tight spaces and tried having the Corp Office in TN say everything was ok. You will NEVER be able to have a w/d in your unit from 1-8 flrs. Massachusetts doesn't allow ventless dryers and exterior facade has historic preservation rights. Storage is non-existent. All the good doormen left already. Sad to have the building not repaired properly. Go to Philly - same building called Alden Park.
