Great location, with an enticing lobby. But if you look further, you will see that it is falling apart. In mid 2008, they changed direction and started to actually address some of the problems, The result is that the entire grounds are dug up, and there is perpetual construction. This is a very noisy building.
At the prices they are asking, I would never buy a condo here. If they become a bit more reasonably priced, then I might consider it sometime after 2012.

Longwood Towers was falling down and in very poor condition when I was employed there in the early 70's, should have been torn down then.Now they have actually built apartments on the basement levels of the 3 buildings that were storage and maintainance departments I used to watch rats(the size of cats) and mice run through the corridors
