This condo association needs to be replaced! They will do anything to get more money out of the condo owner. They only use companies that over charge for services such as as repairs, pest control, and cleaning. If you call them with a problem, they hardly ever fix it unless you keep calling and calling them.

If you are a condo owner and have them as your association... vote them out!!!
