We have lived her for just under 2 1/2 years. The apartment is essentially brand new and the building is immaculate. The underground garage is well lit and very convenient. Unfortunately, we have to move out of state due to work.

The management company responds rapidly and they take great pride in their buildings. We have had no issues with them and the day porter who works at the building is very nice and helpful.

Great location across from the park and close and convenient to the Summit Ave. T-stop or a 3 minute walk to the Coolidge Corner T-stop.

You will pay slightly more money to live in this building, but it is well worth it. Great space, great closets, great appliances, great kitchen, etc., etc. (no, I have nothing to do with Nordblom, the management company).

There is a small, but very convenient gym on the top floor with a tv and cable. Additionally, there is a beautiful roof deck with teak furniture, chairs and umbrellas during the warmer months.

In all, a perfect living situation for a couple, for a family or for someone who wants a luxury-type building for the right price. Keep in mind, also, that the tenants mostly keep to them selves, but are pretty friendly and very quiet. In 2 1/2 years, we have only had to ask one tenant to turn down his surround sound. He apologized and gave us a bottle of wine to express his regret. True story.
