A great find in Brookline

I feel very lucky to have found this property. I've lived here for almost 2 years. Advantages: great location near restaurants/pharmacy/market, there's a shortcut behind the building so it takes only a couple minutes to walk to the T stop, safe surroundings, decent appliances (washer/dryer in apartment), underground parking, and the other people who live here seem like decent people--many other young physicians, like myself. Disadvantages: sometimes noisy (but not too bad), and I was less than pleased when we were kicked out of the parking garage during renovations with dismal options for parking for 2 months--it was a major hassle.
