this building is definately convenient -- a nice gym, garage, dishwasher, steps to the T stop, and a fantastic neighborhood. But that's about it. The old windows do nothing to keep out the cold and street noise. The hallways reek of cigarette and pipe tobacco -- which seeps in and makes our apartment smell awful. Maintenance has been slow and shoddy -- 3rd time's a charm (and don't expect them to repair the hole they cut in the wall to fix the leak). There is usually hot water -- but beware the shower temp can go from frigid to scalding without warning.
