First of all, Lee (the manager) is not a bad guy. I was nice to him and he was nice to me. The floorplan is large and has nice hardwood. The kitchens are tiny and have crappy stoves. The parking is outrageously expensive. But location, location, location. The place is right on the C line and close to Coolidge Corner. Our neighbors were nice enough. The only real problem we had was that the windows were promised to be replaced before we moved in and two years later they still had not been replaced. Take a look, if you can afford it and don't mind a older apartment, then it will work well for you.
