Ok so the apartment isn't too bad. Whatever you do - don't go for the patio apartments. I had a bad case of field mice in mine. The maintence crew were brilliant but Lee just made my stay miserable even though I tried very hard to be polite and courteous to him. He had some strange insanity issues because he smiled one minute and suddenly swore at the next. Oh yes - he drops the F bomb easily when enraged. Ask any of the realtors around - they refuse to do business with him. Metro Realty across the street doesn't even rent apartments to him because he is ridiculously tempramental.
The apartment is spacious and good for the money, but after only a year I moved out because of my early run ins with Lee. If he starts picking on you from day one - he won't change his mind. Mind you - I paid my rent on time, had no noise complaints and wasn't even around half the time because I travel for work. I would have stayed but it's just ridiculous to pay that kind of money and deal with being treated disrespectfully.
