I have had a bad experience with the manager, and most renters I have talked with have also had bad experiences. The manager attempts to bully and intimidate residents, and is very rigid in his adherence to the rules. In addition, moving into the building is made especially difficult. The garage is the only accessible entrance for moving, but a moving truck won't fit in the garage.
