I?ve lived in this apartment for 3 years. My neighbor has lived here for 5 years. Who ever is writing these reviews, and I?m guessing it?s mostly one person, is crazy. If you throw loud parties, if you?re loud and disrespectful to other residents, the manager will receive complaints about you, and then talk to you about it. This isn?t a problem with the manager, but with the tenant himself. Who ever is having problems with the manager was probably rude and disrespectful to begin with.
This isn?t a luxury building but it has great amenities. The building is clean. The gym is clean and usually empty. The concierge is available to take your packages, water your plants, etc. The concierge service is great; you never have to worry about meeting UPS for your packages. The maintenance staff is also great. The T stops right in front of the building and I?ve never felt unsafe here. I would recommend this place to anyone.
