I moved in Feb 1, 2004, and two weeks later someone had attempted to "break in" to my apt while I was inside around 8pm! Luckily I had the chain lock on! But apparently this person had a key, b/c the lock was not tampered with...when I attempted to confront the manager, at first, he wouldn't even talk to me! So I called the police and then he showed up acting nice to the police officer, but insisted that I was losing my mind and left the door unlocked. I wanted to move out, but he would not let me out of my lease, without a penalty, even in this situation! Funny thing...weeks later I met a girl who lived on the same floor as me and had the exact similar situation! And there's not enough space here for me to write about all my other problems with this management company!
