I'm Happy Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   The location and gym are amazing as others have said, and the price is not bad. There are more luxurious apts. but the interior is nice enough. I am subletting now and about to sign a lease. Lee has been helpful... got me parking right away, allowed me to negotiate on the new unit, and offered to have his crew help move furniture.
