Landlord is either on serious medication or should be. Shoddy construction -- cabinets and countertops not level or fitted together correctly. No recycling. Inadequate trash removal. Lots of noisy, obnoxious tenants. Overpriced rents. Laundry machines always broken. In one year, we've burned through five different concierges, and we haven't had one for the last several months so you can never pick up your packages.
