Sovereign Apartment

The building manager is horrible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   In general I am happy with everything about the Sovereign, EXCEPT for the building manager, Lee. In fact, dealing with him has been so difficult/impossible that I think it's not worth living here. The apartment is convenient to the T and to Coolidge Corner, and that's been great, but Lee is rude, spiteful and nasty - you get the feeling he is a pretty unhappy person who feels better by making other people miserable. He doesn't communicate with tenants in person or over the phone, so you have to write letters to him, and who knows if he will respond' It makes for an unpleasant, negative experience.
