I never even LIVED in this building but had an experience with the building manager Lee that was APALLING. He was rude, assaultive and unbeievably innapropriate.
FIRST I made an appointment with my realtor to see a unit and the building manager who KNEW we were coming but at our agreed time was no where to be found.
At our SECOND appointment I arrived at the building with a realtor and my mother. He called for the elevator and as the door was opening my phone rang. I had a brief conversation and in the background I hear him scream "Hey Lady Let's GO!" THEN he pushes my mother aside saying "I don't have time for this s***" and walked away.
I didn't even get INTO the building and now I'm glad. I can't imagine actually living there, he's a psycho.

I had a similar incident with the crazy manager about in September 2004. As he was about to open the door to the apartment that we came view, we asked him a question confirming the move in date. Lee turned around and said "I'm not going to take this Sh--!" and walked away from everyone. He was so rude and went psycho all of a sudden. Nice building but only move there if Lee is not the manager.
