I have never been superstitious, but this building has some REAL problems of an unknown nature. Here is a summary listing some of the problems faced by numerous unrelated tenants:

1. doors unlocking on their own
2. doors opening on their own and when the windows were locked
3. doors not opening at all even though unlocked
4. electric charges everywhere inside the apartments
5. mirrors banging against the wall when no one was touching it and the walls were not being banged
6. noises seemingly coming from upstairs/next door when the upstairs/next door neighbors were not even in their apartments
7. things breaking on their own in the middle of the night

...

Each and every person who experienced these things and moved out never experienced them before/after moving.

There is something awfully freaky about this place.
