I have lived here for almost a year and I have never had any problems with my apartment, or the staff. i got to move in a few days early, the place was clean and i had brand new appliances in the kitchen. the heat PUMPS in the winter time but that's better than no heat, especially since it's included. you don't realize how useful it is to have a concierge signing for your packages until you move here and the gym membership is super affordable.

$200 for parking is high, but it's brookline, and crappy open air spots you have to dig yourself out of are $150, so having a temp controlled covered garage is really wonderful and worth the extra $50.

the staff focuses on keeping the grounds out front and the lobby looking great which is nice, but each hallway floor could use a re-carpeting since i'm sure that's the original stuff that went in when the place was built. on the other hand the apartments themselves are really well maintained and how much time am i spending in the hall anyway'''

i've never had problems with noisy neighbors, nor any run ins with the building manager. if i need him i drop a letter in the rent box and he responds immediately. saves me the trouble of playing phone tag at work all day. otherwise i haven't ever even seen him.
