Terrible Terrible Building and Manager !!!!!!!

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF MOVING INTO THIS BUILDING.....THERE ARE CONSTANT LEAKS AND PEST PROBLEMS, AN ABSENTEE FRONT CONCIERGE AND MAINTENANCE STAFF, AND A BUILDING MANAGER THAT BELONGS IN A MENTAL HOSPITAL. MAINTENANCE REQUEST ARE DEALT WITH WEEKS AFTER SUBMISSION AND SEVERAL TIMES TIS PAST WINTER I WAS LEFT WITH NO HEAT OR HOT WATER FOR DAYS AT A TIME! AT FIRST GLANCE THIS BUILDING SEEMS NICE, BUT I WARN YOU.....DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID
