I would recommend this place to a friend for sure. The building is in MUCH better quality compared to any other place I saw in the brookline area for the same price. They were upfront about the upcoming construction in the parking garage. I didn't feel that anything was shady during my rental experience. Nothing beats owning your own, but until then this place will do just fine!
