I moved out due to too much stress in dealing with the building manager. The apartment complex is poorly maintained, apartment looks like it was build in 1700s and never remodeled. When I moved in the trash was in the kitchen, I asked them to remove it and waited the whole day. So I removed somebody else's trash from my apartment myself. Very unprofessional. Building manager is a nightmare to deal with. He is known to send threatening letters and disconnect gym card for no reason. I was ready to file a lawsuit about denying the right to use the gym after I paid for it. He responded with some outrageous lies as to why he disconnected the card. This is insulting and illegal to disconnet the gym card and then lie about the reasons. Too bad I was working long hours and did not have a chance to file a lawsuit - moved out shortly afterwards and never looked back! So, beware, it may easily happen to you. Overall, PROS: good location, close to T. CONS: building manager is a nightmare to deal with, plus apartment itself is not worth the money they are asking. I would not recommend this apartment even to my worst enemy.
