I recently moved out of the Sovereign after a three year stay and have nothing but good things to say about the building. Maintenance and concierge staff was friendly and responsive, common areas clean and well kept, garage parking was great, and the location and on site gym made the apartment by far the best deal I found in the area. I must admit, that after reading some of the building reviews, I was weary of this Lee character...... to be honest, I never met or heard from the man in 3 years. I suppose he only comes in contact with problem tenants, and I guess none of them would have many nice things to say. It must be a daunting task trying to keep 140 tenants happy. Needless to say, this apartment met all of my expectations and I would highly recommend it!

I promise you Lee doesn't just have contact with "problem tenants." He creates problems. You were lucky to not deal with him. Truly a nightmare.
