There is always something fun happening around here, either with a neighbor or with the community. The 101 Monmouth Street Association 58% Recommended Mar 04 2008: First of all, the owner of the building is a complete crackhead who always has his dealers delivering when he's not smoking up the place with his cigarettes and walking around in his terry-cloth robe like a broke Hugh Heffner. Leeder Management Corporation 43% Recommended Feb 12 2008: Lived here for a few years - lot of workmen and work going on in the units. If you like having workmen over your head hammering and painting, then live here...... For comparison, my sister visited recently and was blown away by how much nicer my studio was than her 1 br in the upper Leeder Management Corporation 43% Recommended Jan 01 2008: I have lived here for 1 year and plan to move as soon as my lease is up. The building is run-down and has alot of students. Messy -trash in the hallways and NO parking. No real security so not |
