This place seems very nice for face value, but I woulnd't tell my worst enemy to live here. The managment staff is less than helpful and never follow through with anything you ask of them. I didn't have a sign lease for 3 months because they lost it. I have SEVERAL maintance problems that have been addressed more than 3 times over the phone and on paper 5 months later still nothing. Major parking issues that are never result in a tow even though it clearly states they will tow at owners expense. I have absolutly nothing nice to say about the complex or the staff here. I would also like to add that the apartments are of poor quality to the point where there are no studs in the wall above 4 feet so you can't even hang a coat hanger by the front door.
