I'm still living here, can't wait to get out when my lease ends. the price is way too expensive. the condition of the apartments is not as good as they show you in the model. when they had a special price for the same apartments which were 500$ cheaper, the manager lied to me about the availability of them, although I called later and checked with someone else and it turned out that the local manager lied and they were available after all. When you come they will show you the club, what they won't tell you is that it is closed most of the time and opened only at the time of the stuff convenience, not yours.
The only good thing I can say about the place is their maintenance guys you can call when you have a problem, they will be very happy to help you.
In short, don't get near, the condition of the apartments isn't good, the stuff and archstone management are not flexible, dumb and unwelcoming.
