I was unfortunate enough to live in this complex for 2 years. I am happy to say I'm out of my lease! The prices are outrageous for the quality of the apartments and the maintenance issues you face. The new management is a bunch of liars who will promise you anything and then raise your rent by 10%!

The apartments are becoming rundown and need maintenance other than painting of the outside which all they have been doing other than a new clubhouse.

Specifically, the floors in the apartmens squeek horribly. The floor boards need to be screwed down again as you can always hear your upstairs neighbors walking from room to room.

The sound insulation in the walls are fine, but there is absolutely none in the ceiling/floors. This means you hear EVERYTHING (I mean everything!) your upstairs or downstairs neighbor is doing. This is probably the most unpleasant part of the living in this complex. No privacy.

The trash compactor is alwasy overflowing. They put a nasty memo on the door of it asking everyone to throw their trash inside the compactor and not on the ground, yet every time I brought my trash it was completely full.

Contradictions in their policies. They say no dogs, yet you see and hear other tenants with dogs. The have other weird restrictions in the lease. Be careful!!

I definitely don't recommend this place especially since the new management (Archstone) has taken over.
